Leading SAFe Course

The Leading SAFe® course offers an introduction to the foundations of SAFe, and provides the principles and practices to confidently drive a Lean-Agile transformation. The Leading SAFe training will allow you to implement this framework structured around 10 principles, roles and templates, and will prepare you for the official SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) certification.

Objectifs

Following the completion of the SAFe Agilist course participants should:

Become a Lean-thinking Manager-Teacher
Apply the values and principles of a Lean-Agile Mindset
Apply SAFe’s Lean and Agile principles to the roles and practices of SAFe
Create high-performing teams and trains by establishing mission and purpose
Lead the transformation with the SAFe Implementation Roadmap
Support PI Planning and the events associated with successful Program execution
Drive Release on Demand with the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
Establish alignment and execution with Strategic Themes and Lean Portfolio
Pass the official SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) exam

Upon successful completion of the exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from Scaled Agile.

Prerequisites

For those who intend to take the SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) certification exam, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:

5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
Experience in Scrum.

Some pre-read material is provided prior to the training and is expected to be fully read before attending the course.
