For our E-Learning training course participants only need an Internet-capable PC, a reliable internet connection and an updated browser (such as Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer).
ITIL 4 Foundation Examination Design
- Number of questions: 40
- Type of questions: multiple choice
- Marks: 40 marks available.
- Provisional pass mark: 65% or higher
- Duration: 60 minutes (75 for non-native speakers)
- This is a ‘closed book’ examination
Upon successful completion of the exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert. The ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory to access the further ITIL 4 modules which require candidates’ ability to apply the ITIL framework key concepts in a working environment.
