AgilePM Combi Training and Certification

The Agile PM Combi training includes BOTH the Foundation and the Practitioner certifications. Both the Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner exam are included. Candidates can benefit from a reduction of 15% on the total price by choosing the Combi training.

The Agile PM Combi course consists of two courses: the Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner course.

The Agile PM Foundation certification aims to ensure that a candidate understands the Agile Project Management philosophy, principles, processes, people, products and techniques.

The Agile PM Practitioner certification aims to measure whether the candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Agile Project Management guidance to apply and tailor it to a given scenario situation.

Following the completion of the course participants should be able to:

  • Understand the underpinning philosophy and principles of Agile
  • Understand the lifecycle of an Agile project, including alternative configurations
  • Understand the products produced during an Agile project and their purpose
  • Understand the techniques used and their benefits and limitations
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities within an Agile project
  • Pass the Agile PM Foundation exam
  • Learn how to appropriately configure the lifecycle of an Agile project to a given scenario
  • Learn how to apply a variety of agile practices to a project, for example, workshops, the MoSCoW technique to define project priorities, iterative development and modeling
  • Understand how to test, estimate and evaluate profit delivery in an Agile project
  • Learn facilitation and support mechanisms within an Agile project
  • Learn the Agile approach to manage and prioritize requirements.
  • Produce and evaluate the content of Agile products produced during an Agile project in a given scenario
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities within an Agile project and correctly determine the appropriate personnel to fulfil these roles within a given scenario
  • Pass the Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner exams.

Agile PM Foundation Exam:

  • 40 minutes
  • 50 questions
  • Objective Test Questions
  • 50% pass mark
  • Closed book

Agile PM Practitioner Exam:

  • 2,5 hours
  • 4 questions (20 points per question)
  • Objective Test Questions
  • 50% pass mark
  • Open book (Agile PM manual only).

Upon successful completion of each exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from APMG International.

It is desirable but not essential that participants have some work-experience on projects. Some pre-read material is provided prior to the training and is expected to be fully read and studied before attending the course.
